On Wednesday, October 6 from noon to 4 PM, the seamstresses of Little Dresses for Africa will convene to sew various items for various organizations, both locally and globally that are in need of such things. Some of their most recent projects include children’s pillow cases for Children’s Hospital and Family Promise, washable and reusable feminine sanitary products for women in parts of the world where they are hard to come by, and of course dresses and PJs for children in orphanages globally. All levels of sewing ability are welcome. They will teach you what you don’t know! For more information, contact Betty Tills.
