The Christian Life Ministry Team will host a Soup Supper at 5:30 PM, followed by worship at 7:00 PM. This is a time to share a simple meal together in fellowship with Christ and one another. Please plan to join us for a blessed beginning to the season of Lent. (Several selections of soup will be provided.) We hope you can join us!

The Deacons will once again sponsor the annual Warming Hearts Pancake Breakfast following worship on Sunday, February 14, in the Fellowship Hall.
Delicious pancakes, sausages, juice, and coffee are on the menu!
Donations go toward the State of Wisconsin – Keep Wisconsin Warm/Cool Fund. Every donation in any amount or denomination is appreciated and will be matched. The Keep Wisconsin Warm/Cool Fund helps those who need financial assistance to keep their utilities running and stay warm during the winter or cool in the summer.
If you cannot attend but wish to contribute, you may give cash or a check to any of the Deacons or place an envelope marked “Warming Hearts” in the offering plate any Sunday. (Checks should be made out to Delafield Presbyterian Church and marked “Warming Hearts” in the memo line.)

Rally Day, September 13, begins the Sunday School year for our children and youth at DPC. Call the church if you have not registered your child before or watch for emails from Sunday School leaders in order to register your child.
Vocal Choir begins September 10, at 6 pm at the church.
Praise Ensemble begins September 17, at 7 pm at the church.
Handbell Choir will begin rehearsals on Sunday, September 13, after worship in the sanctuary.
Little Dresses for Africa is a national not-for-profit organization providing easy to sew dresses for young, needy girls in Africa. Our DPC group has been sewing for three years.
We have contributed dresses to the national organization and sewn dresses for girls at the Open Arms orphanage in South Africa and other places. Currently we are sewing tote bags, a fundraising project for the 15/30 Foundation that pays tuition for the orphans to attend high school.
We will again meet on the third Wednesday of each month, from noon until 4:00 pm in the conference room at the church. The dates for 2015 are September 16, October 21, November 18, December 16.
The 2015-2016 Confirmation Class is set to begin in October. The class is available to anyone 6th grade and older as preparation for making their Profession of Faith in Jesus Christ and joining the church as adult members.
An introductory meeting for youth and their parents will be held Sunday, October 11, at 10:45 am. Please call the church or see Rev. Jensen to enroll your youth.
Worship begins at 9:30. Stay for a time of fellowship and treats following the service.
